Happy Friday Reader, How often do you feel like restarting? Restarting going to the gym, taking music lessons, attending networking events so on & so forth. I know it's an uncomfortable feeling especially if you have struggled in the past. Here's one thing that might help you. JUST DO IT Yes, it's that simple. Once you do, your muscle memory will take over. You might be wondering what people will be thinking, just do it. You might be thinking Will I be able to get into a rhythm, Just do it. One quality I have observed in leaders is they don't shy away from starting, stopping, and restarting anything. Reader, what are you going to restart in the coming week. By the way, I'm restarting my Storytelling Masterclass from today 9 pm IST. I would love to see you there. Hope you are enjoying the new avatar of the weekly newsletter in a 'Toast with Haritosh' coming straight to you now every Friday. Motivational Story of the WeekThe Nordstrom Tire ReturnThis famous story is taken from here The story starts almost 40 years ago at a Nordstrom store in Fairbanks, Alaska, where Craig Trounce was a store associate. One day, Craig noticed a customer rolling a pair of tires into the store. When Craig asked how he could help, the customer asked to return the tires, insisting that he bought them at that very location with a guarantee that he could bring them back to the store at any time. Instead of turning the tires away, Craig wanted to do right by the customer, who had driven more than 50 miles with the intention of returning these tires. Knowing little about how tires are priced, Craig called a tire company to get their thoughts on how much the tires were worth. He then gave the customer the estimated amount, took the tires, and sent him on his way. Lost over the years is the exact dollar amount the customer received in exchange for those tires, but no doubt it's been earned back a thousand times over when you consider the scope and resonance of the story today. What are you willing to serve your customers
Tip of The WeekHow to Make Your Story Valuable(You can also watch it at Instagram) A lot of time you share great stories but miss to make it valuable for your audience. You use the right hook to start. You have the right characters. You have a conflict or struggle. You also mention the resolution. But you miss one key element which can make your story unforgettable And that is your learning or message from your story. What did you learn and what can your audience learn from it. Once you start doing that, your audience remembers it because now they know why they should remember your story. How else can you make your story valuable? 📚Books I am Currently Reading

If I don’t put them back, they’ll die.” The man laughed gently and said,“There are hundreds, maybe thousands of starfish here. What difference will it make?” The boy picked up one more starfish,...
