Happy Friday Reader,

Can you believe we are already entering into the last Quarter of 2023. It seemed we barely even started 2023.

So what are your plans Reader for the next 3 months.

More importantly what action are you going to take in the next 3 months

I know a number of multinationals where what is done in these last 3 months of the year is sometimes more than what's done in the first 9 month of the year.

So the question is what can you do to make a substantial difference in the last 93 days of 2023.

I am sure you can very well pick one skill to prepare you better for 2024.

If no one has told you yet Reader , I trust you & believe in you.

By the way, From next Friday i.e. 6th Oct 'Toast with Haritosh' will be coming to your inbox with a new name, any guesses 🤔

This is the last chance to send me your suggestion for a better title of this newsletter. If your idea is selected, you might get a surprise 🎁

The Entries close on 2nd October. Please note the suggestion should be something which is relevant to my brand and the audience.

Motivational Story of the Week

The China Boy

In a small, modest village in Hangzhou, China, a young boy was born with a curious spirit and a dream. Growing up, he faced countless rejections and obstacles that would have deterred most people. Yet, his resilience and determination proved unmatched.

He struggled academically and faced numerous rejections from universities and job applications. He even worked as a tourist guide to improve his English. These hardships, however, only fueled his desire for success.

His life took a transformative turn when he discovered the internet during a trip to the United States in the mid-'90s. Recognizing its potential, he returned to China with a vision. In 1999, he founded Alibaba in his apartment, with a small team and minimal capital.

Yes, this is the story of Alibaba founder Jack Ma.

Alibaba started as an online marketplace, connecting Chinese manufacturers with global buyers. Despite the initial skepticism surrounding e-commerce in China, Jack Ma persevered. His relentless commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and his knack for storytelling propelled Alibaba to unimaginable heights.

Alibaba expanded into diverse sectors, including finance, cloud computing, and entertainment. Jack Ma's visionary leadership transformed the company into a global powerhouse, making him one of the world's most influential entrepreneurs.

Jack Ma's journey from a struggling student to a self-made billionaire serves as an inspiration to aspiring entrepreneurs worldwide. His belief in the power of perseverance, adaptability, and storytelling demonstrates that no dream is too big, and no obstacle is insurmountable.

Today, Jack Ma continues to inspire and invest in education, philanthropy, and technology. His story reminds us that with determination, innovation, and a touch of magic, anyone can turn their dreams into reality.

If I don’t put them back, they’ll die.” The man laughed gently and said,“There are hundreds, maybe thousands of starfish here. What difference will it make?” The boy picked up one more starfish,...
